Before the stable buildings went up and before the first horse arrived, Five Henry Stables needed an identity. To compete in the Southeast’s equestrian mecca of Aiken SC, the importer of high-quality European sport horses, needed to differentiate itself from the rest of the herd.

Now, I’ve never rode a horse in my life—though I did ride a trusty mule by the name of Norman—but I’d like to think that after designing Five Henry Stable’s logo and identity package, I’ve earned the title Honorary Equestrian, or at least Honorary Stable Hand.
